We are moving. We have purchased Island Photographics, www.islandphotographicsinc.com in Venice, Florida and will be taking over there on March 1, 2012. It is with sadness that we say goodbye to our friends and family here in Keokuk, IA. We have enjoyed many years of successful business, mostly on Main Street, and most recently for the past three years we have been on the corner of 10th and Main at 1000 Main.
This simply put, is the next chapter in our lives and we hope to be able to offer the Island at Venice Florida area some of the same services that we have offered Keokuk. Currently, Kate at Island Photographics offers Beach family portraits, and if you’ve ever visited the Sarasota/Venice area you know that the beaches there are the finest in the world. In fact, Siesta Key Beach which will be one of our “studios” was named the top beach in the world recently by the travel channel, second only to South Beach in Miami.
The beach at Venice is but a few blocks from our studio there at 101 West Venice Avenue, #6.
Watch for what I know are going to be some amazing Photographs that I will be posting to our websites.
Thank you for being a past customer of ours, and you can be assured that we are still interested in serving you in any photographs from past portrait sessions that you may like using our online proofing. If you find yourself in the Sarasota/Venice area, please stop in to our studio there and say hi, and furthermore, may we invite you to the area there to have YOUR family portraits taken on the beach there in the sunshine state.
